WHAT IS A HOROSCOPE ?

Horoscope is a forecost of a persons' future, typically including a delianation of character and circumstance, based on the relative positions of the stars and planets at the time of that persons' birth.

Till today, it is believed that the alignment of stars and planets affects every individual's mood, personality and environment depending on when he was born.

There's a big difference between hrorscopes and zodiac signs  The name Zodiac comes from a greek term for ' sculpted  animal figure ' but the two work hand in hand since if one wants to predict about your future using horoscopes he uses the zodiac signs and calendar.

Who were the first people to come up with horoscopes?

The inventor who brought up the idea of explaining seasons, a person's behaviour and future isn't known till today.

 History proves that all of this ideas came up when Alexander The Great conquered Egypt at around 330BC

How horoscopes were used in ancient times.

During the ancient times in most parts of the world, people (especially the travellers) used the sky as their compass by following the stars to know where to go.

In ancient Egypt, farmers used the rising of Sirus  ' The Dog star ' around mid July was seen as a marker of Imminent anual flooding of the Nile.

WHO IS PYTHAGORAS

 THE FAMOUS PYTHAGORAS OF SAMOS.  Pythagoras of Samos was an ancient Ionian Greek philosopher who was born in 570BCE in Samos ancient Greece. He was based in The Western philosophy which is also known as the pre Socratic philosophy. It was said that he is the first Man to call himself a philosopher. He is the eponymous founder of Pythagoreanism.  He was a political and religious teacher whose  teachings were well known in Magna Graecia.
